What believers are saying

  • DBS updated Startup Xchange on April 6, 2026, signaling active program support.
  • Dubai hosted 100+ investors, 500+ participants, and 50+ startups on February 5, 2026.
  • Jodhpur’s October 2026 edition extends reach into India’s tier-II startup markets.

What critics are saying

  • DBS never announced Startup Xchange funding increases; internal budget pressure can shrink 2027 activity.
  • The program depends on DBS business units adopting startups; weak conversion kills relevance fast.
  • Without durable startup volume, it becomes an events brand, not an enduring platform.

What makes startupXchange unique

  • DBS Startup Xchange matches startups to bank clients and proof-of-concepts within six weeks.
  • DBS anchors commercialization with real enterprise use cases across Singapore and Hong Kong.
  • The program monetizes trust, distribution, and procurement access better than generic accelerators.
