TeamSense provides a text-based platform aimed at enhancing communication and managing attendance for hourly workers. The platform allows employees to connect with their employers through a self-service portal accessed via text messages, which simplifies HR functions like attendance tracking, absence management, and recruitment. Employees can report absences, receive real-time alerts, and access company resources directly from their mobile devices, eliminating the need for traditional call-off hotlines and manual logs. TeamSense operates on a subscription-based model, charging businesses a recurring fee based on the number of employees using the service. This model makes it scalable for various business sizes. By improving communication and reducing absenteeism, TeamSense aims to boost productivity and employee satisfaction in industries with a significant number of hourly workers, such as manufacturing, retail, and hospitality.
