  • 2+ years of experience in web development using React
  • 2+ years of full-time, industry software engineering experience (not including internships or co-ops)

Responsibilities
  • Craft beautiful user experiences with an emphasis on quality and taste
  • Explore new ideas and mine through data to propose and run experiments to improve the user experience
  • Balance working on large projects with smaller, iterative product quality improvements
  • Design, build, and maintain shared UX components across Link and Stripe broadly
  • Join a cross-functional team focused on supporting merchants and consumers enabling financial data access and bank payments across platforms
  • Work directly with strategic external users to understand their needs and build creative solutions for them
  • Collaborate with product managers, user researchers, designers, data scientists, and other engineers to empathize with external users and build solutions
