French Language Specialist
About the job
- A bachelor's or master's degree in French language is preferred, rather than a diploma.
- An Alliance Française diploma, if that is the only qualification, must be at least C1 or C2 level.
- Experience with direct verbal interaction with native French speakers is required.
- Very strong French-language comprehension and written communication skills are required.
- Candidates must be willing to work in a 24/7 operation, including day and night shifts.
- Handle major incidents during France's non-business hours for different entities as part of the French MIM team.
- Experience in a voice-based process is preferred.
