Requirements

Be a recent graduate or final-year student in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Sciences, Organizational Sciences, or a comparable field of study.
Have advanced knowledge of English.
Have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel.
Be proactive and driven, creative and detail-oriented, target-oriented, open to learning and growing with the team, and have good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Support the responsible commercial or project purchasing manager in daily working tasks.
Create official requests for quotation (RFQs) in the official Bosch PJM platform.
Regularly update Excel tables.
Handle daily tasks in SAP, including downloading documentation, checking the system, and updating records.
Participate in the part and production release process.
Participate in the engineering change process (ECR).
Actively participate in all regular meetings.
Support the continuous benchmarking process.
Support supplier negotiations and technical discussions.

Desired Qualifications

German language is an advantage.
Knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is an advantage.

Qualifications

Good communication and organization skills
Advanced knowledge of English
German language is an advantage
Very good knowledge of MS Office (advanced Excel, VBA is an advantage)
