Requirements
  • Hold a postgraduate qualification in Construction Project Management or an equivalent qualification at Australian Qualifications Framework level 8 or higher.
  • Be able to report student conduct breaches and health and safety incidents.
  • Have strong administrative skills and the ability to adhere to directions.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver independent, engaging teaching to course students.
  • Coordinate and lead other staff as required, ensuring effective collaboration and excellence through teaching and learning meetings.
  • Assess student learning outcomes through formative and summative assessments.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, report to relevant parties, identify students at risk of failing, and offer guidance and support.
  • Participate in professional development, enhance teaching practices, and stay up to date on best practice.
  • Report incidents involving breaches of the student Code of Conduct or health and safety concerns.
