Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably at a high-growth business-to-business software-as-a-service company.
  • A track record of owning a pipeline or marketing-qualified lead, sales-accepted lead, or sales-qualified lead number and achieving it, with a goal- and key-performance-indicator-driven, return-on-investment-focused mindset.
  • Hands-on experience planning and managing paid media channels, including paid search, LinkedIn, paid social, retargeting, video, and intent platforms such as Gartner and G2, and directing agencies or vendors against a budget.
  • Experience with account-based marketing or account-based experience, including defining target accounts and coordinating air cover with sales.
  • Strong command of marketing-funnel and pipeline metrics, including marketing-qualified leads, sales-qualified leads, conversion rates, cost per lead, and cost per marketing-qualified lead, and comfort using attribution to prove sourced pipeline.
  • Ability to build and interpret dashboards and reporting for demand and growth channels, with knowledge of reporting best practices.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management and marketing-automation platforms such as HubSpot, and a clear understanding of how leads route, score, and flow to sales.
  • Ability to align cross-functional partners across marketing, operations, and sales.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize a dynamic workload and handle multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, move quickly, think strategically, identify opportunities, and execute tactically.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, and customer relationship management software.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with many stakeholders simultaneously, take ownership, manage details, and complete projects with little to no support.
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for company events, trade shows, and team offsites.
  • Comfort using artificial-intelligence tools such as Claude or ChatGPT as a regular part of day-to-day work.
  • Ability to exercise judgment about when artificial-intelligence output should be reviewed, refined, or set aside.
  • Curiosity about how artificial intelligence could reshape the role, willingness to experiment and share learnings, and willingness to contribute to company practices.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the demand-generation plan and contribute to the sourced-pipeline number that feeds sales.
  • Recommend channel mix and budget allocation, and run the day-to-day demand engine measured on pipeline, cost per lead, cost per marketing-qualified lead, channels launched and optimized, and campaign throughput.
  • Diversify demand beyond paid search into LinkedIn, paid social, TikTok, retargeting, bumper video, and intent and review platforms such as Gartner and G2, then optimize for efficiency and pipeline contribution.
  • Work with the paid-media agency partner, brief campaigns, and manage performance while the partner handles hands-on campaign setup and trafficking.
  • Own and fix the flow from lead to sale and the handoff to sales across small and medium-sized business, mid-market, and enterprise audiences and by product interest.
  • Partner with sales-development representative and sales teams on follow-up cadence and service-level agreements to ensure qualified leads are handled.
  • Keep demand generation, operations, and sales aligned.
  • Support and help grow an account-based motion against the target-account list and shift the lead mix toward ideal-customer-profile accounts.
  • Contribute to targeting logic and account selection, including determining which accounts to pursue and why.
  • Set and manage the demand-generation plan while marketing leadership owns overall strategy and final spend approval.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge or experience in software as a service and the home-improvement industry.
  • Experience generating demand into mid-market and enterprise segments or moving a lead mix upmarket.
  • Hands-on experience with account-based experience or account-based marketing platforms.
  • Working understanding of outbound and data-enrichment tools such as Apollo, Clay, and Instantly, with the ability to bring strong use cases to the team that runs them.
  • A test-and-learn mindset and experience running structured experiments to improve funnel conversion and channel efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of business-management customer relationship management software and its application to improving business processes.
  • Experience building or refining artificial-intelligence workflows, prompts, or automations in a professional context.
  • Early-stage startup experience at Series A or Series B companies.

Builder Prime launches Bolt Insights, AI-powered business intelligence for home improvement contractors

Builder Prime has launched Bolt Insights, an AI-powered business intelligence tool designed for home improvement contractors. The platform combines sales, marketing and production data to reveal trends and patterns previously hidden in siloed reporting systems. Bolt Insights allows contractors to build custom dashboards by describing what they need in plain language, with the AI returning reports in seconds. Users can refine reports by adding columns, formulas and visualisations without technical expertise. The tool also accepts uploaded sketches or rough charts and converts them into working reports. The platform can answer open-ended business questions, such as which crews deliver the most profitable jobs or how to improve close rates, using contractors' own data. Bolt Insights is now available to Builder Prime customers, which provides unified software for CRM, estimating and production management.
