Requirements
  • ARRT registration and a Vermont state license are required.
  • Advanced CT certification is required.
  • Competencies in each modality worked must be maintained at adequate performance levels.
  • Required documentation, including certification renewals, must be completed annually.
  • The position requires seven consecutive night shifts followed by seven days off, with Sunday through Thursday shifts from 9:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and Friday and Saturday shifts from 10:00 p.m. to 8:30 a.m.
Responsibilities
  • Independently perform computerized tomography procedures with minimum supervision, under the administrative direction of the Director or Operations Supervisor and clinical direction of the Radiologist or Team Leader.
  • Be flexible to cross-train in other diagnostic imaging modalities based on departmental staffing needs.
  • When cross-trained in more than one diagnostic imaging modality, perform all aspects of the job descriptions for each modality.
