About the job
- At least 2 years of experience administering infrastructure or applications.
- Advanced university studies or a diploma in Systems Engineering, Computing, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.
- Basic Apache, Tomcat, and NGINX commands; basic interpretation of monitoring alerts; and familiarity with the ITIL ticket lifecycle.
- Intermediate technical English (B1).
- Ability to work rotating shifts and/or on-call duty, following procedures and adapting to a 24/7 rotating schedule.
- ITIL v4 certification is desirable.
- Proactively monitor the health of infrastructure and applications.
- Attend to, review, and diagnose N1 failures on managed platforms.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and scheduled tasks.
- Document services, incidents, and operational instructions for knowledge management.
- Meet response SLAs and availability/on-call requirements.
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
- AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals) certification.
- Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
