- The server follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training.
- The server supports fellow employees in maintaining table appearance and running food and drinks as needed.
- The server remains knowledgeable about food and beverage menus, items, current food and drink promotions, and specials, and answers guests’ questions verbally and clearly.
- The server accurately writes down guests’ orders and enters them into the point-of-sale system in a timely manner.
- The server retrieves food or drink orders from the kitchen or bar area and delivers them to guests in a timely manner.
- The server assesses guests’ demeanor and identifies when to summon a manager.
- The server collects guests’ payments by credit card, cash, or gift card, ensures transactions are correct using the point-of-sale system efficiently, and calculates and delivers correct change in a timely manner.
- The server performs shift changes, opening and closing duties, and assigned side work.
- The server restocks and maintains restroom cleanliness for guests.

Flanigan's Enterprises, Inc., which operates "Flanigan's Seafood Bar and Grill" restaurants and "Big Daddy's" retail liquor stores, announced earnings for the 13 and 39 weeks ended 27 June 2026. For the 13-week period, total revenues reached $56.2 million, up from $51.9 million in the same period last year. Net income rose to $2.1 million from $1.4 million, whilst earnings per share increased to $1.11 from $0.75. For the 39-week period, total revenues climbed to $165.3 million from $155.2 million. Net income grew to $5.7 million from $4.1 million, with earnings per share rising to $3.09 from $2.23. Restaurant food and bar sales drove the growth, alongside increased package store sales.
