Requirements
  • Applicable Sales experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • 3+ years of sales management experience
  • 3+ years experience succeeding sales goals and team building in the SaaS industry
  • Eagerness to join a startup company and help propel rapid growth

Responsibilities
  • Build and sustain relationships with key sales partners and clients
  • Review existing sales processes and advise on adapting strategies to optimize and improve sales cycle and conversion metrics
  • Train and develop competitive sales team
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the sales pipelines, revenue and sales cycle length
  • Develop and establish new and creative approaches to increase revenue
