About the job
- A master's degree in Engineering or an economic-scientific subject is required.
- Two to three years of experience in medium-to-large, complex corporate environments is required.
- Knowledge of key business processes, such as production, logistics, engineering, procurement, and program management, and their related control systems is required.
- Knowledge of process analysis, evaluation, and reengineering is required.
- Ability to analyze data using data analytics methods and tools is required.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, including Legislative Decree 231/01, UNI EN 9100, Legislative Decree 81/08, Law 185/90, ITAR, and EAR, is required.
- Knowledge of audit methodologies and IIA standards is required.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate risk in support of audits in complex, integrated organizations or processes is required.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles is required.
- Good knowledge of English is required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP is required.
- Knowledge of major ISO standards is required.
- Availability to travel is required.
- Support periodic risk assessment activities in preparation for defining the three-year audit plan.
- Conduct risk-based audits in compliance with Group procedures and international internal auditing standards.
- Initially work in a team and subsequently independently to plan activities, execute tests, prepare audit reports, and monitor resulting action plans.
- Contribute to evaluating and analyzing the company's current regulatory framework and recommend ways to improve its efficiency.
- Keep up to date with industry practices, regulatory developments, emerging risks, and audit methodologies to strengthen verification quality and the adequacy and effectiveness of business process control systems.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborate with operational areas, promoting continuous improvement in processes and the internal control system.
- CIA certification or other certifications are optional.
