Requirements
  • Ability to repeatedly lift 40 to 75 pounds throughout the workday.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required safety equipment, including steel-toed shoes.
  • Reliable attendance is required.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • No previous paint or warehouse experience is required.
  • Ability to keep the facility clean.
Responsibilities
  • Attend required training, including safety training and other job education, before pulling orders on the floor.
  • Fill orders using an electronic scanner gun.
  • Manually lift cases or buckets of paint onto pallets.
  • Use a rider jack to deliver pallets to the loading department.
  • Perform order-pulling work safely, accurately, and in a timely manner.
  • Support the shipping department and help keep drivers on schedule.

Masco names chief technology, AI officer. Yaron Ben David takes on a newly created role. HBSDealer Staff Masco Corporation has appointed Yaron Ben David as Chief Technology and AI Officer, effective September 15, 2026. Ben David will report directly to President and Chief Executive Officer Jon Nudi and serve as a member of Masco's Executive Committee. This is a new role for Masco Corp., which is headquartered in Livonia, Mich., and owns brands like Behr paint, Delta and hansgrohe faucets, and HotSpring spas. "Yaron is an accomplished leader with a strong track record of helping businesses harness technology, data and artificial intelligence to deliver meaningful business outcomes," said Jon Nudi, President and Chief Executive Officer, Masco Corporation. "His experience leading complex transformations, building high-performing organizations and translating innovation into value creation makes him an excellent addition to our Executive Committee as we continue investing in the capabilities that support our growth strategy." Ben David brings more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning technology, artificial intelligence, large-scale enterprise transformation, and cybersecurity. He joins Masco from Standard Industries, a global industrial company with approximately $11 billion in annual revenue whose portfolio includes GAF and W. R. Grace, a leading global supplier of specialty chemicals and materials. As Standard Industries' Chief Digital Officer, Ben David led enterprise-wide AI, data, cybersecurity and digital transformation initiatives across multiple operating companies. GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., September 9, 2026 (Newswire.com) - Steelcase today announced Irene Tasi has been named president of Steelcase and will lead the business effective September 14, 2026. Tasi brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience with a track record leading complex businesses through growth, portfolio development, commercial execution, and organizational change. Masco Corporation has appointed Brad Hiranaga as chief marketing officer, a newly created role designed to strengthen the company's enterprise growth platform. Hiranaga will report to president and chief executive officer Jon Nudi and join the executive committee. The position consolidates marketing, commercial excellence, digital acceleration and customer capabilities under single leadership. Masco Q2 earnings beat estimates by 26% despite revenue missing forecasts

Masco reported Q2 revenue of $1.99 billion, down 2.9% year-over-year, missing the consensus estimate by 4.64%. However, earnings per share came in at $1.64, beating the $1.30 estimate by 26.15%. The home improvement manufacturer's plumbing products division generated $1.34 billion in net sales, up 1.9% from last year but below analyst expectations. Decorative architectural products posted $655 million in sales, down 11.3% year-over-year and significantly missing the $710.86 million estimate. Despite the mixed results, operating profit in both divisions exceeded analyst projections. Plumbing products reported $361 million in adjusted operating profit, whilst decorative architectural products posted $148 million. Masco shares have risen 0.3% over the past month.
