Requirements
  • A completed degree in natural sciences.
  • At least three years of professional experience with sound knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Structured work organization for multi-project management.
  • Strong communication skills at professional and interpersonal levels.
  • Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent German and good spoken and written English.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as contact for international and national customers and Simtra colleagues in contract manufacturing and product optimization.
  • Prepare quotes for transfer projects.
  • Contribute to structuring and negotiating quality assurance agreements, technical agreements, and commercial supply contracts.
  • Independently manage transfer projects and implement new products.
  • Implement new manufacturing processes in cooperation with the relevant production department.
  • Coordinate and assess analytical results in cooperation with Quality Control.
  • Coordinate and monitor the manufacture of clinical samples.
  • Work on projects and actively contribute to the continuous optimization of the BM department.
  • Represent the company with potential cooperation partners and at conferences.
