Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
  • 4 – 7 years of experience in related field
  • Experience within fleet management or rental industry preferred
  • Experience in training, coaching, and enablement for a Sales organization
  • Background in Software as a Service (SaaS) product
  • Thorough understanding of fluid hydraulics and pump control systems
  • General knowledge of diesel engines, electric motors, motor starters, and VFDs
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently with initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to travel frequently with little notice
Responsibilities
  • Provide reporting and insight from various Xylem digital tools and services
  • Drive measurable improvement on decreasing maintenance costs and improving digital utilization
  • Support new sales opportunities for digital products
  • Gather internal and external customer VOC on Xylem digital services
  • Provide support to branch network by hosting regular meetings
  • Provide education and coaching to Sales and Operations on Xylem’s digital offerings
  • Review opportunities with Sales and Operations to identify best digital Xylem solution
  • Support Electrification in NA Dewatering market by providing standard work procedures and training for electric and automation products
