What believers are saying

  • Sage opened its 15th clinic in Trinity on August 12, 2026, proving execution.
  • Management targeted ten new Florida clinics in 2026, creating dense local referral coverage.
  • The company raised $11.8 million in March 2026 and markets an Amgen-supported relationship.

What critics are saying

  • Sage excludes Medicaid, blocking a large Florida patient pool and limiting payer diversification.
  • The March 2026 $24.7 million offering still requires follow-on capital for 2026 expansion.
  • Hospital systems and national infusion chains can compress reimbursement, and expansion failure kills the network.

What makes Sage Infusion unique

  • Sage Infusion runs 15 Florida clinics by August 2026, all community-based infusion centers.
  • It treats complex non-oncology conditions, from Crohn's to MS, with nurse practitioner-led care.
  • It coordinates referrals, insurance, and follow-up in-house, reducing friction versus hospital infusion departments.
