The Global Security organization at Cruise is dedicated to enabling safe and secure innovation while protecting the communities we serve. In Global Security, our mission is to keep our people safe. We monitor global events and incidents, assess risk, and identify threats. Using a data-driven, risk-based approach, we assign security support, allocate resources and design processes to protect our people and assets.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Security Intelligence & Investigations Manager to join our organization. As the Global Security Intelligence & Investigations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the program development and direct responsibility of the Intel and Investigations program. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the protection of our assets, employees, and information in an ever-evolving security landscape.

Investigations:

Independently develop and implement appropriate investigation strategies
Assist in identifying trends and recommend corrective action.
Conduct security risk assessments, workplace violence activities, and crisis interventions.
Complete investigative reports in a thorough and professional manner.
Establish partnerships and collaborate with law enforcement agencies.

Intelligence:

Provide reporting and tailored products on events that could impact the Cruise.
Assist with threat review and prioritization.
Support travel security programs and provide travel threat assessments and updates as required.
Prepare analyses, assessments, or other products by applying authoritative judgment and specialized experience in interpreting information and making decisions.
Provide critical front-line intelligence support to operational personnel.
Prepare threat assessments on upcoming major events. Identify information gaps.

Qualifications:

Professional Certified Investigator, preferred.
Experience with sophisticated criminal, civil, and/or proprietary investigations.
Proven understanding of criminal law and criminal justice rules of evidence, pertaining to theft/fraud and misappropriation issues.
Hands-on knowledge of current federal/state laws governing investigations, evidence collection, and handling civil and criminal proceedings.
Able to prioritize and complete multiple assignments simultaneously while preserving the integrity of the investigation process.

The salary range for this position is $153,000 - $180,000. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. You may also be offered a bonus, long-term incentives, and benefits. These ranges are subject to change.
