[solidcore] is looking for a Total Rewards Manager to join our HQ team. Our ideal Total Rewards Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our HQ People Leadership Team in bringing upon transformative change within [solidcore]. This role would be responsible for managing the company’s compensation philosophy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market competitiveness, while overseeing all benefit administration and managing benefit vendor relationships. Located in Arlington, Virginia and reporting to the Sr. People Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, investor-backed organization with a desire to be the leader in the studio fitness space.
Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise by interpreting plan documents and/or company policies.
- Communicate with and educate business partners when implementing and administering benefit plans, policies and/or procedures.
- Conduct analyses of jobs, hourly wages, salaries, and incentives to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance across the employee lifecycle.
- Support Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, and leadership with employee pay changes.
- Lead pay equity audits, reporting requirements and monitors all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation.
- Support various compensation projects, job architecture redesign, salary analysis, creation of salary structure and reorganizations.
- Support the annual merit review process.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and prepare reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Partner with finance and other departments to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting for compensation-related expenses.
- Design and manage the annual benefits review and renewal process for all benefit programs.
- Establish and maintain benefit vendor relationships ensuring procedures are followed to minimize cost and provide data-driven input to the decision-making process from year to year.
- Manage leaves via our LOA System via Principle admin.
- Coordinate and execute the annual benefits enrollment process, including developing communication materials and resources and partnering with benefit administrators to make the necessary updates.
- Identify and plan for technology needs to support benefits initiatives including vendor integrations, file feeds, benefits audits and compliance testing and reporting.
- Ensure compliance on a broad range of applicable laws including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FSAs, HSAs, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, ACA and other state and federal laws.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years experience in compensation and benefits/total rewards
- Must have strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Must have strong communication skills both verbally and written
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS)
- Extensive compensation experience
