About the job
- Physical ability to frequently stand, walk, sit, reach, kneel and squat.
- Ability to climb ladders and occasionally climb and descend stairs.
- Ability to operate small hand tools.

- React to product and presentation based on the needs of the business.
- Maintain seasonal window décor weekly.
- Assess store business using company reporting tools to identify opportunities in product placement, outfitting and stock levels.
- Execute task directives within designated time frames.
- Execute weekly window mannequin updates.
- Teach product flow, merchandising and product knowledge standards to the team.
- Adhere to loss prevention practices and report potential incidents to support shortage control and protect company assets.
- Lead the guest experience through merchandising, seasonal décor and in-store marketing.
- Partner with the Merchandiser to execute and manage roll-outs of floor sets, window sets, fixture placement and the overall visual environment.
- Maintain awareness of brand aesthetic and relevance to the store environment.
- Assist with placement of new product.
