Requirements

A doctorate degree is required, with either a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine or a Doctor of Medicine degree.
A Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine or Doctor of Medicine degree is desired.

Responsibilities

Record a detailed medical history for each patient in the electronic medical record, including the chief complaint, present condition, individual history, and family history.
Perform an appropriate physical examination of each patient.
Analyze reports and findings from tests and personal examinations to assess each patient's medical condition, diagnose injuries or illnesses, and formulate a prognosis.
