Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of product management experience or at least 2 years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering (Preferred)
  • MBA or Master’s degree (Preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in Agile product management (Preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Dream up and deliver on new in-lounge features and experiences, developing the product strategy and backlog for Capital One Lounge in close partnership with our business peers and other partners.
  • Obsess over NPS, as well as media and customer feedback to prioritize new features and feature enhancements for our customers.
  • Partner closely with Design to conduct customer discovery and research to inform our product roadmap.
  • Create clear business cases and product intent for customer experience enhancements on our portal to scope enhancements and new features.
