Requirements
  • 10 years of full cycle sales experience, at least 5 years in Enterprise Sales, preferably in SaaS or selling to Professional Services Organizations and Legal Institutions
  • Deep Legal Industry Knowledge: Experience working with or selling into law firms or a strong understanding of their unique needs and business processes of partner led organizations
  • Ability to strategize with a large extended team
  • Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
  • CRM/Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce solutions or other CRM platforms, with the ability to articulate their value in the legal context.
Responsibilities
  • Further evolve Salesforce’s Corporate Law Firm Industry point of view across Intake, Pitch, Matter Management, Billing, Marketing, and Business Development
  • Develop and Execute Account Strategies: Build tailored strategies to drive expansion and ensure client success within a portfolio of 10 law firm clients
  • Manage Complex Sales Cycles with Law Firms: Lead negotiations and close enterprise-level contracts while ensuring alignment with client goals
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal teams (product, legal, marketing, and customer success) to deliver seamless Law Firm solutions and exceptional client experiences
  • Stay Industry-Forward: Leverage knowledge of the legal sector, including emerging trends, challenges, and market opportunities
  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
  • Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives
  • Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs
  • Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment
  • Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers
  • Drive growth within an existing assigned account
