Our first product is Copilot, and we're rapidly expanding on both the candidate and recruiter fronts. We've helped facilitate over 5m+ applications in just the last year, and are doubling down on our vision of building a common app for your career. We started Simplify with the goal of killing the resume and allowing you to find roles that speak to you. Everything we build at Simplify is with a candidate-first approach, and designed to showcase the best version of yourself possible beyond your resume.

Responsibilities

• Managing Simplify's social media presence
• Consistently create content for Simplify's social media accounts
• Interacting with users through our platform and social media

Requirements

• Experience creating, editing, filming TikToks (that have ideally gone viral!)
• Strong writing and editing skills in order to articulate the brand “voice” in a creative and witty way
• Results driven with an openness to receiving feedback
• Independent but reliable when it comes to delivering content on time
