  • Ability to service HVAC products and equipment on assigned projects and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to use hand tools and follow blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems and products at customer locations.
  • Ability to perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
  • Ability to prepare for on-site installations and repairs by examining building layouts, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on-site work as necessary.
  • Ability to inspect vehicles for condition and cleanliness, maintain service records, and schedule and complete repairs and maintenance.
  • Ability to inspect equipment for signs of wear and notify the customer and/or Operations Manager of findings.
  • Ability to document each job, including daily time, progress, duration, parts, materials, labor, subcontractors, and other costs; maintain files; return unused resources; and submit required paperwork and reports promptly.
  • Ability to serve as a direct customer contact and provide technical support to customers.
  • Ability to determine parts needed for repairs and their required timing.
  • Ability to stay current on products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
  • Ability to read and interpret product specifications.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as necessary.
  • Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight travel as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Service products and equipment on assigned projects while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose and repair units using hand tools and blueprints or engineering specifications.

  • Stay current on products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
