Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Science, or an equivalent field is required.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel is required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance on-site while ensuring construction and engineering activities align with project specifications and engineering standards.
  • Solve on-site issues and help uphold project quality and safety standards.
  • Perform quantity take-offs by reviewing drawings, specifications, and other project documents to determine material quantities and support planning and procurement.
  • Perform cost estimates by analyzing labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor requirements to support budgeting, forecasting, and project decision-making.
  • Prepare labor schedules by coordinating project timelines, workforce availability, and field requirements.
  • Order and receive materials, supplies, tools, and equipment by coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
  • Process change orders by documenting scope revisions, evaluating cost and schedule impacts, and coordinating approvals.
  • Recommend solutions to design changes by assessing field conditions, identifying practical alternatives, and supporting timely project adjustments.
  • Manage subcontractor scope of work in accordance with contract requirements by monitoring performance, coordinating deliverables, and helping ensure compliance with project expectations.
