Job Description Summary:

The Market, Policy and Innovation Insights organization is looking for an undergraduate intern to join them this summer! The Intern – Market, Policy, and Innovation Insights will partner with colleagues across the organization to help advance the team’s mission to drive proactive and "just-in-time" insights that serve PayPal’s critical business needs.
This team member will engage in a range of projects to advance this mission; examples include:
• Understanding top moves and new innovations across the tech, commerce, and payments ecosystem, including potential opportunities for PayPal
• Assessing relevant macroeconomic trends
• Distilling insights for senior stakeholders to inform business decision-making

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in fast-paced environments 

• Strong problem-solving abilities - you can cut through the noise and laser focus on what really matters 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Team player with ability to interface and build relations at all levels 
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
• Engagement in extracurricular activities
• Prior work experience in a professional setting a plus
   

Internship Program Information and Requirements: 

• This is a Summer 2024 Internship program. Spring and Fall 2024 internships are not available. 
• Must currently be pursuing Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. 

• Must be returning to school in the Fall of 2024. 
• Must reside in the U.S. during the Summer internship program. 
• Must be able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S. for the summer.

The U.S. national hourly pay range for this role is $15 to $41.
