- The candidate should be preparing a Mastère in Human Resources.
- The candidate should have knowledge of or interest in public-sector law, labor law, social and tax law, or human-resources management.
- The candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- The candidate should have strong written communication skills and mastery of the French language.
- The candidate should be autonomous, responsive, proactive, organized, and rigorous, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Supervise and administer work-study arrangements, including apprenticeship contracts and qualifying or diploma-granting professionalization contracts in telecommunications.
- Plan external training, evaluations for professionalization contracts, and the organization of certifications.
- Conduct regular meetings with work-study participants, managers, and schools, and take action when necessary in coordination with human-resources managers.
- Manage internships lasting fewer than three weeks, including processing internship agreements according to applicable procedures and providing administrative follow-up.
- Manage employee situations in support of human-resources managers, including administrative management and participation in interviews.
- Participate in medico-social committees by drafting letters and minutes and tracking actions.
- Participate in organizing and delivering the onboarding day for new hires.
