- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Civil Engineering.
- Able to take initiative, pay attention to details, and work in a team environment.

- Excellent Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills.
- Participate in preliminary estimates and details using project guidelines for Municipal Infrastructure projects.
- Take part in design calculations and prepare plans to ensure compliance with guidelines, code requirements, and other regulations.
- Assist in maintaining client relationships to define client needs and explain technical information, concepts, or study results.
- Produce statements of quantities and prepare budget assessments.
- Verify and complete requests for proposals, estimates, and other technical documents.
- Draft or proofread parts of proposals and prepare documents for submittal.
- Assist the project manager as needed and perform other related tasks that support project completion.
- Knowledge of or experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Heavy Bid.
- Knowledge of or experience in designing municipal infrastructure projects.
- Experience in engineering consulting.
