About the job

Requirements
  • Have an established financial-advisory, insurance, or wealth-management practice with an active client book.
  • Hold active licenses in good standing appropriate to the book being transitioned; insurance-only, securities-registered, and hybrid books are considered.
  • Be willing to enter a nondisclosure agreement and provide production data, including gross dealer concessions, trails, assets under management, and product mix, for a confidential preliminary valuation.
  • Commit to an orderly, client-centered transition and joint communication plan.
  • Complete the background and regulatory review required by state insurance regulators, FINRA, and receiving broker-dealer or carrier relationships.
Responsibilities
  • Work directly with WealthBridge leadership to design a transition structure suited to the advisor's objectives, including an outright sale, multi-year earn-out, gradual transition, or reduced-role continuation.
  • Support continuity of client service through the transition using WealthBridge's comprehensive planning framework across seven planning areas.
  • Conduct a confidential initial exploration, prepare a written preliminary valuation under a nondisclosure agreement within 10 business days of receiving production data, design tailored transaction options, and complete documentation, regulatory filings, and a 30–90 day client-communication transition.
  • Provide joint client communications and continuity planning, with the transition partner remaining named in communications where appropriate.
  • For a mutually agreed reduced-role production or servicing arrangement, continue under an affiliation or independent-contractor agreement with commission-based compensation structured at contracting.
