Responsibilities
  • Become a subject matter expert in Symplicity solutions and the way clients use them
  • Execute client workshops that map Symplicity solution alignment to client business requirements
  • Establish and deliver on initial client implementation including project plan, system configuration & training
  • Manage client projects ensuring that deliverables & timelines are met with high-level of communication at all stages
  • Advance a trusted advisor relationship with Clients ensuring that they are maximising their ROI from Symplicity solutions
  • Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities within client base and work with Account Executives to advance these opportunities
  • Develop and share client success stories in partnership with the Symplicity marketing team
  • Assess client risk and work across the Symplicity team to implement solutions that ensure a high-level of client satisfaction
  • Encourage customer feedback and participation through webinars, roadshows and feedback sessions
  • Work with the operations team to assist in any issues, invoices, and new sales quotes
  • Act as a client advocate amongst the internal Symplicity teams frequently liaising with Client Support, Technical Specialists, Engineering, Marketing & Sales
  • This role may require you to travel to client sites from time to time
