Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
At least one year of customer service experience is required.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are required.
Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems are required.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to support guest and resident experiences.
Create and manage resort reservations.
Act as the resort liaison by providing guests and residents with information and responding to questions in person and over the phone.
Process payments and deposits.
Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to support office efficiency.
Partner with the Property Manager and communicate frequently to address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Prioritize customer satisfaction, address conflicts, and solve problems promptly.

ELS is hiring for the position of Front Desk Clerk in Long Key, Florida.

What you’ll do:

Our Front Desk Clerks provide exceptional customer service to facilitate excellent and memorable guestand resident experiences.

Your job will include:

Experience & skills you need:

High school diploma or equivalent experience.
