Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product design of Simplify across web, extension, and future products
• Work closely with product, engineering, and growth to turn early-stage ideas into thoughtful, high-quality designs
• Apply strong product thinking to identify the right problems to solve—not just how to design them
• Talk directly with users to understand pain points and translate them into elegant product experiences
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on ideas in a fast-moving environment

Requirements

• Formal education or past experience doesn’t matter to us. What matters is your ability to execute, take ownership, and ship great products.
• You’re an exceptional visual designer with a sharp eye for layout, typography, hierarchy, and detail. You care deeply about creating beautiful, intuitive interfaces.
• You’re a strong storyteller. Visual design is important, but being able to clearly communicate your thinking and educate users through design is equally important.
• You ship fast and iterate fast. We move quickly and expect designers to prototype, test, and refine ideas rapidly.
