Responsibilities
  • Develop the Kansas City territory
  • Acquire veterinarian (DVM) and hospital users onto the Roo platform
  • Onboard and convert inbound vets/corporate hospitals
  • Ensure successful first 3 shifts for vets/hospitals
  • Strategically target selected vets/hospitals for platform growth
  • Help fulfill needed relief shifts through vet network knowledge
  • Acquire a set number of high-frequency vet users
  • Work closely with team members to hit acquisition targets
  • Act as an expert on Roo’s platform and product
  • Provide assistance for hospital and vet professional users
  • Ensure hospital & vet users remain engaged and happy with Roo platform
  • Proactively address escalated scenarios and resolve user issues
  • Complete additional Roo work/activities
