Incident Manager
About the job
- At least 2 or 3 years of experience in IT production roles.
- A Bac+2 or higher degree in computer science, information systems management, or a related field, combined with ITIL certification.
- Leadership, adaptability, flexibility, synthesis, and analytical abilities.
- Effective written and oral communication, rigor, and organizational skills.
- Ensure the partial or definitive resolution of all incidents within the established deadlines and manage incident backlogs.
- Ensure compliance with the incident management process.
- Coordinate and lead the stakeholders involved in the incident-handling chain.
- Own end-to-end management of IT incidents.
- Assess incidents.
- Manage communications.
- Improve processes.
- Define monitoring indicators and produce management dashboards for incident management.
- Lead crisis meetings following major or P1 incidents.
- Document and raise awareness of incident processes and ITIL best practices.
- Conduct post-mortem analyses of major incidents to identify root causes and recommend improvements.
