Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree and 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in student affairs, student engagement, academic advising, or a related higher education function, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, are required.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating training programs, workshops, or professional development curricula.
  • Experience managing student leadership programs, peer mentoring programs, or similar co-curricular initiatives.
  • Experience advising student organizations on budgeting, event planning, and governance.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the full lifecycle of the Student Life Fellows program, including annual recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, and recognition.
  • Design and deliver a multi-phase Student Life Fellows training curriculum, including foundational onboarding, pre-year professional development, and monthly skill-building sessions.
  • Launch, operate, and grow the Student Life Fellows Peer Mentoring initiative, launching Fall 2026, as the office's primary channel for individualized peer advising and student support.
  • Build and manage a Student Life Fellows alumni database to support current fellow development and long-term program engagement.
  • Advise MBA student clubs on programming, governance, budgeting, compliance, and officer transitions.
  • Support the full calendar of Office of Student Life signature events and traditions, including Pre-Term, Welcome Weekends, MBA Olympics, Cluster Suppers, First-Year Send-Off, and graduation programming.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Student Life colleagues, MBA Admissions, Finance, Human Resources, and other campus partners.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • A master's degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Education, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with peer mentoring models within graduate or professional education contexts.
  • Experience designing and facilitating leadership curriculum development programs.
  • Experience with database management, customer relationship management tools, or alumni engagement platforms.
  • Experience building and managing digital resource libraries or learning management content.
  • Prior experience in an MBA or professional school environment.
