Requirements
- At least 3 years of application development experience in an Oracle R12 environment.
- At least 3 years of PL/SQL experience.
- At least 3 years of Java J2EE or J2SE development experience.
- At least 3 years of Oracle Reports or BI Publisher experience.
- Experience with Oracle ADF.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Some level of Department of Defense security clearance is required.
- Must be a United States citizen with no dual citizenship.
- Candidates requiring sponsorship are not eligible.

Responsibilities
- Customize the Oracle Financial and Supply Chain Application.
- Perform functional design and technical design reviews in line with the build criteria and development processes.
- Create technical designs required to deliver allocated functional designs.
- Maintain compliance with standards, templates, checklists, and guidelines.
- Escalate issues related to functionality, development architecture, and scoping.
- Develop programs based on functional and technical designs.
- Execute component tests and identify, debug, and correct uncovered errors.
- Adhere to the project team's methodology and development processes.
- Complete assigned deliverables on time and to the required quality level.
- Create and maintain productive relationships with client team members.
- Use various sources to understand the functionality to be delivered.
- Understand the solution architecture and how it is used to deliver functionality.
- Work collaboratively as an integral part of the team and support other teams.
- Provide technical support for testing activities where appropriate.
