Requirements
  • Three to five years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably with consumer brands within an agency setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape, including experience with dashboard platforms.
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills, with proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Create influencer sample lists.
  • Source and vet relevant influencers for campaigns.
  • Manage direct communications with influencers.
  • Develop influencer-facing brand guidelines.
  • Contribute thought starters for influencer posting scenarios.
  • Draft and update influencer outreach notes.
  • Conduct influencer outreach, monitor responses, and proactively send follow-ups.
  • Compile and negotiate influencer rates and usage specifics.
  • Facilitate and troubleshoot influencers’ product orders as relevant.
  • Manage influencer creative review materials.
  • Prepare materials for client review using existing templates.
  • Provide recommendations for content adjustments upon delivery to clients.
  • Route feedback, links, and codes to influencers as appropriate.
  • Confirm live dates.
  • Gather screenshots of live content.
  • Facilitate reporting.
  • Gather screenshots of post analytics and update tracking grids.
  • Compile sentiment analysis.
  • Assist with development of wrap report materials, including analysis and visuals.
