Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of industry experience, ideally within a consulting environment or alternatively a pharmaceutical or medical device company.
  • Strong understanding of the US payer and access landscape, with prior experience leading the development of US-focused value and access deliverables such as AMCP dossiers, PIE decks, value propositions, objection handlers, cost-effectiveness models, and/or budget impact models.
  • Experience with global market access projects, including a solid understanding of global access drivers, payer evidence needs, and the interplay between clinical, economic, and policy considerations.
  • A degree in a scientific discipline with a minimum 3.3 GPA or equivalent.
  • An entrepreneurial approach to proactively identify opportunities, shape innovative market access solutions, and take ownership of client relationships and project pipelines.
  • Skilled in building internal and external relationships and adapting communication style to different audiences and situations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas and scientific data to non-experts.
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to respond to changing deadlines.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively, leading and motivating others to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • The ability to work in the US independently from the company without visa sponsorship; candidates on temporary visas such as OPT may be considered.
Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from initiation to completion, providing recommendations on project content and approach.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to changing deadlines, delegate tasks, and manage others' time effectively.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders and tailor the approach to different communication and working styles to build sustainable working relationships.
  • Pitch for and win competitive work, including contributing to proposal development, shaping strategic narratives, and presenting with confidence.
  • Lead the development of US-focused value and access deliverables, including AMCP dossiers, PIE decks, value propositions, objection handlers, cost-effectiveness models, and budget impact models.
  • Deliver strategic, high-quality work for clients and independently manage Value and Access projects end-to-end from scoping to execution.
  • Lead client communications and develop payer-focused value and reimbursement materials, health economic models, and expert elicitation activities.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor Analysts.
  • Nurture long-term client relationships and build a pipeline of work.
  • Enhance team capabilities and shape future projects by staying current with global and US access trends.
  • Contribute to team strategy and participate in service-area and company-wide management-team training and discussions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Broader experience delivering early strategic market access and pricing projects and/or US payer or market research.
  • Experience in a consulting environment, if not already met through the candidate's background.
