About the company

The Care Company delivers personalized in-home medical and non-medical care for seniors in the Toronto area. They create customized care plans after assessing a client’s home, support system, and needs, and then provide services directly at the client’s residence, including skilled nursing, wound care, medication administration, and in-home therapies, as well as daily living assistance, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, memory care, and case management. The company differentiates itself by combining medical and non-medical services with home-environment assessment and coordinated care through clinicians and doctors, along with helping clients verify insurance coverage and clarify out-of-pocket costs. Their goal is to help seniors live safely at home, maintain health and independence, and ease the burden on families and caregivers.
