- At least 3 years of experience developing solutions with Pega.
- Knowledge of Pega Call and Customer Service.
- Knowledge of workflows, rules, user interface, data pages, activities, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- PCSA certification is required.
- Education in Systems Engineering or a related field.
- Must reside in Mexico.
- Design architectures and applications in Pega.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business requirements.
- Ensure the quality, scalability, and performance of delivered solutions.
- Ensure compliance with technical best practices and standards.
- Experience in the financial and/or insurance sectors.
- PCSSA or PCDC certification.
