What you bring to the team

• Completed technical or production-related apprenticeship, ideally with technical background.
• Preferably further qualification as master craftsman, technician, or equivalent.
• Alternatively, strong leadership experience in manufacturing with understanding of production flows and quality standards.
• Proven record of leading and developing teams in an industrial environment.
• Solid knowledge of production planning, quality assurance, and process improvement.
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong German and basic English skills for daily communication.
