Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a comprehensive Security Champions Program that integrates seamlessly with existing processes and scales across the development organization.
  • Mentor security champions within departments and development teams, fostering a culture of security ownership and excellence.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and resources to educate security champions and the broader organization on secure coding principles, application security principles, and other relevant topics, tailored to evolving needs.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the Security Champions Program, driving continuous improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, promoting open communication and collaboration to achieve shared security goals.
  • Lead with empathy and openness, cultivating an inclusive environment where all team members feel valued and empowered to contribute.
