Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Minimum one (1) year as an instructor/check pilot or as a PIC or SIC in the A-320 series
  • ATP with a A-320 Type rating
Responsibilities
  • Facilitate initial, transition, upgrade and recurrent training
  • Prepare students for flight evaluations
  • Conduct training tasks including lesson planning
  • Maintain record of all training activities
  • Assist department managers for special projects
  • Assist in course design and development
  • Work closely with the A-320 Fleet Training Captain
  • Model Allegiant’s customer service standards
  • Other duties as assigned
