Euronext launches AI-driven portal for listed companies.

Euronext launches AI-driven portal for listed companies. Euronext Corporate Solutions has officially launched its new Investor Relations (IR) Portal. The secure, artificial intelligence (AI)-supported platform is expected to become the digital hub for European listed companies. With this introduction, the exchange operator takes an important step in executing its 'Innovate for Growth 2027' strategy, which focuses on expanding subscription services (SaaS) and creating a unified digital ecosystem. The rollout is already in full swing: more than 180 companies in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, and Norway have now connected to the new platform. Centralization in a fragmented landscape. Listed companies in Europe operate in an increasingly complex market where the demand for transparency, fast market data, and direct contact with shareholders is growing. Until now, investor relations teams often had to use a patchwork of different systems and data sources. The new IR Portal solves this by bringing all critical tools, data, and expertise behind one secure login. Within the secure and GDPR-compliant environment, companies get access to: * Live price information directly powered by Euronext. * Shareholder analyses and deep insights into investor activity. * An AI assistant that helps users navigate and provides direct access to best practices in the field. * A knowledge bank (Academy & learning hub) with specialist content and events for IR teams. 'The fact that we have welcomed more than 180 companies in less than two months is a strong signal that this portal meets a clear market need,' says Julien Tessier, CEO of Euronext Corporate Solutions. 'It is a concrete step in our promise to be the most efficient partner for IR teams within the European markets.' Time savings for strategic communication. Early market feedback is positive. Companies particularly emphasize the efficiency gains provided by the centralized platform. 'What I appreciate most is that everything is accessible via one login: our IR tools, market data, and expertise from the Academy,' says Giulia Rossi, Head of Investor Relations at the Italian textile company Aquafil. Tove Vestlie, CFO and IR manager at the Norwegian company Soiltech, agrees: 'The portal has become a fixed part of our weekly workflow. It saves our teams time, allowing us to focus on what really adds value: the dialogue with shareholders and strategic communication.' First step towards a broader ecosystem. According to Euronext, the launch of the IR Portal is just the beginning. The platform is designed to eventually become the exclusive gateway for all services and software that Euronext offers to the business community. Currently, Euronext Corporate Solutions already serves thousands of corporate clients in Europe with software and advice in the fields of investor relations, governance, and compliance.

Euronext raises $1.4B via share placement, offsets 8% dilution with buy-back programme

Euronext NV has completed a private placement of 12 million new ordinary shares plus 2 million existing shares, with an additional 1.5 million share over-allotment, resulting in approximately 8% dilution. The company subsequently raised 388,000 shares through a fully subscribed offering to fund platform expansion and strategic acquisitions. To offset dilution, Euronext announced a share buy-back programme supporting employee share purchases, signalling commitment to shareholder value and workforce engagement. The company's share price declined modestly following the placement but has since stabilised. Operating within stringent EU regulatory frameworks including EMIR and MiFID II, Euronext faces competition from pan-European exchanges and fintech platforms. The capital injection strengthens its balance sheet for potential expansion into emerging asset classes whilst the buy-back enhances earnings per share.

Unlocking value through tax services: An interview with Stef Lambersy, Head of CSD Tax Services.

Unlocking value through tax services: An interview with Stef Lambersy, Head of CSD Tax Services. 29/05/2026 - 9:00AM CEST Tax Services are a crucial part of Euronext Securities' offering, helping clients navigate complex regulations and optimise their operations. Euronextvps sat down with Stef Lambersy, CEO of Acupay and Head of CSD Tax Services, to discuss the challenges and opportunities in this field, and how his team is making a difference for clients. Stef, can you tell Euronextvps about your role as Head of CSD Tax Services and what excites you most about working in this area? As Head of CSD Tax Services, my role is to ensure its clients receive the highest standard of support in navigating the complex world of tax regulation. What excites me most is the opportunity to make a real difference for its clients by simplifying processes that are often seen as daunting or burdensome. Every day brings a new challenge, and I am energised by the chance to work with a talented team that is passionate about delivering innovative solutions. Stef recently joined Euronext Securities through the partnership with Acupay and BondCom, which has strengthened the tax service offering and expanded the team's expertise. This collaboration is designed to deliver unparallelled support to clients, especially in the fast-changing world of tax processing. Why are tax services so important for Euronext Securities' clients, and what are the main challenges they face? Tax services are essential because they help its clients remain compliant with ever-changing regulations, while also optimising their operations and reducing risk. The main challenges clients face are the sheer complexity of tax rules across different jurisdictions and the pace at which these rules evolve. Its job is to help clients stay ahead of these changes, so they can focus on their core business with confidence. Tax regulations are constantly evolving, and clients often struggle to keep pace with the changes. Stef explains that his team's role is to simplify the process, ensuring clients remain compliant while maximising efficiency. Euronext's acquisition of Acupay and BondCom has enabled Euronext Securities to offer a broader range of services, including faster and enhanced tax relief solutions. How does your team collaborate with clients to help them navigate complex tax regulations? Euronextvps see ourselves as partners, not just service providers. Its approach is to listen carefully to its clients' needs and tailor its solutions to their unique circumstances. For example, with Nordea Norway, Euronextvps delivered seamless ASK tax reporting by working closely with their team, understanding their requirements, and ensuring the process was as efficient and straightforward as possible. This kind of collaboration is at the heart of everything Euronextvps do. Could you share a practical example of how Euronext Securities' tax services have made a difference for a client? A recent example is its work with Nordea Norway, where Euronextvps supported them with ASK tax reporting. By providing a tailored, end-to-end solution, Euronextvps helped them overcome complex reporting requirements, saving time and reducing the risk of errors. This not only delivered tangible benefits for Nordea but also gave them peace of mind knowing they were fully compliant. Real-life examples bring the impact of tax services to life. Stef shares a story where his team helped a client overcome a challenging cross-border tax issue, resulting in significant savings and peace of mind. The Nordea Norway case is a clear illustration of how tailored solutions can simplify complex reporting requirements and deliver tangible benefits. What trends or changes do you see shaping tax services in the coming years? Technology and automation are rapidly transforming tax services, making processes faster, more accurate and more transparent. At the same time, regulatory requirements are becoming more complex, which means clients need proactive, forward-looking solutions. Its recent enhancements to tax relief services reflect this shift, enabling clients to access benefits more quickly and reliably. Stef notes that technology and automation are transforming the industry, making processes faster and more transparent. He also points to increasing regulatory complexity and the need for proactive solutions. The recent enhancements to Euronext Securities' tax relief services reflect this shift, offering clients quicker and more reliable access to tax benefits. What advice would you give to clients looking to optimise their tax processes? My advice is to engage early and make use of the expertise available to you. Tax is not just a compliance issue - it is an opportunity to add value to your organisation. By working closely with specialists and staying informed about regulatory changes, clients can turn tax challenges into strategic advantages.
