Happy Camper makes wholesome, on-the-go foods that fit today’s busy lifestyle. It offers gluten-free, vegetarian snacks with vegan and paleo options, including hand pies, granola, and energy bites. The products are designed as handheld snacks that feel homemade, using whole fruits and veggies and natural preservation by freezing gluten-free pies. They sell through cafes, coffee shops, and direct-to-consumer via their website. 1) What they do: Create healthy convenience foods that are gluten-free, vegetarian options with vegan and paleo choices. 2) How it works: Frozen, handheld snacks made from whole ingredients; available online and in partner cafes, with shipping straight to customers. 3) How they differ: Clear focus on gluten-free plus vegan/paleo options, natural freezing preservation, and a homemade feel for on-the-go foods. 4) Goal: Make wholesome, ready-to-eat foods accessible and convenient for people with busy schedules.
