Requirements
- Currently pursuing or have completed coursework towards a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest and experience in marketing with a focus on social media platforms and/or event management.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and an applied understanding of basic marketing principles.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey clear and concise guidance through various mediums.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle ambiguous or challenging situations effectively.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the management and expansion of our social media strategy, ensuring alignment with our broader marketing goals.
- Support our events team with the planning, coordination, and execution of events.
- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to plan, develop, and execute various marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to the design and presentation of new social media campaigns.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks to support the marketing team.
- Provide input in the planning of marketing strategies and produce marketing materials as needed.
