Responsibilities
  • Prepare and provide monthly and ad-hoc documentation to comply with leverage provider requirements
  • Efficiently facilitate and process new fundings and paydowns
  • Organize and deliver necessary documentation to support accurate and timely audit processes
  • Manage monthly interest and principal distributions
  • Identify, address, and resolve platform reconciliation issues to ensure data accuracy
  • Prepare and issue interest invoices to borrowers on a monthly or quarterly basis
  • Ensure timely payment of third-party invoices
  • Oversee borrower covenants to ensure compliance
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date records across multiple systems
  • Assist the CEO of Art Finance on administrative tasks and data entry tasks
