Requirements
  • Active enrollment in a graduate program (masters or PhD) in a related field
  • A strong understanding of how to frame a research study around a clear business/product problem, either through coursework, past internships, or other experiences
  • Experience in mixed methods research, including qualitative methods (e.g., interviews, unmoderated/moderated) and quantitative methods (e.g., surveys, data analysis)
  • Basic research, design, and product development practices
  • Experience advocating for users and bringing their perspectives to life through clear written and verbal communication
  • An eagerness to learn and a track record for being self-driven
Responsibilities
  • Conduct research projects, including surveys, in-depth interviews, concept/prototype testing, and more, with the support of your research mentor
  • Synthesize research findings into actionable recommendations
  • Present research insights to cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Design, Engineering, Data Analytics, and Marketing
  • Contribute to the growth of our research team by building more streamlined processes
  • Gain exposure to working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with a highly collaborative culture
  • Complete 2-3 horizontal projects during the internship, ensuring a diverse and comprehensive experience
