Responsibilities
  • Develop new accounts for the employee loyalty line of business.
  • Generate leads through an existing book of business and outreach campaigns.
  • Present the benefits and features of all offerings.
  • Educate potential clients on product advantages over the competition.
  • Maintain and produce required reports and documentation to communicate sales activity.
  • Manage and handle incoming sales leads from internal websites.
  • Maintain and update sales materials, including PowerPoint overviews and handouts.
  • Participate in and support events and conferences that may promote sales.
  • Research and analyze sales options.
  • Maintain client relationships after the sales process by providing support, information, and insight.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain open communication across different levels of the organization.
  • Travel as required.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
