Requirements
- A minimum Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
- 3–5+ years of experience in aircraft certification engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Federal Aviation Administration Part 25 requirements and Organization Designation Authorization processes.
- Demonstrated experience in aircraft interior modifications, drawing review, and Supplemental Type Certificate development for large transport category aircraft.
Responsibilities
- Support multiple aircraft interior retrofit and entry-into-service programs by executing certification engineering activities within an Organization Designation Authorization environment.
- Develop and review Supplemental Type Certificate packages.
- Assess aircraft drawings and substantiation documentation.
- Support aircraft acceptance and compliance verification.
- Support Organization Designation Authorization certification processes across retrofit and new aircraft programs.
